Delivery Information
All goods are dispatched by post or courier service under plain wrap to ensure your privacy. All parcels will require a signature on delivery. Whilst we do our best to dispatch orders paid for by credit card or postal order promptly, we must stress that delivery is "subject to availability". If an item is not in stock, the estimated waiting time is shown on that products description page. Some items can take up to 16 weeks so please be sure to check the page.
We have a section that shows what stock we have. If you purchase from this section the delivery times are clearly shown.
Refunds and Exchanges
We can only offer a refund on goods that are faulty in manufacture. If the faulty goods have been modified before returning to us we are unable to offer any refund. Where items are returned as "unsuitable" we can only issue a credit note. Items must be returned in new condition, unpolished, unopened and unwashed within 7 days of purchase. Postage will be deducted from the amount credited. If the clothing looks like it has been worn we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. |
