Orders are produced individually for each customer and we try to get them into production as quickly as possible. For this reason, orders may only be cancelled up to three days after our receipt and confirmation of the order. After this time a cancellation fee of 20% will be charged to cover the cost of materials and labour used in production of the cancelled order.

Items may be returned for exchange for the same style in a different size at no additional merchandice charge, but postage and handling will be charged. If items are returned for exchange for alternative styles, or for refund, then we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 15% of the value of the goods returned, to cover inspection, repacking and processing. Please ensure that you select the correct size when ordering to ensure that you get the best possible fit from our clothing. Once you receive your order, please ensure that the style, colour and size are as ordered.
